My Contribution

  • Identified the opportunity to elevate Holiday Meals product presentation through improved photography and descriptions, aligning with market trends and customer expectations.
  • Conducted competitive analysis and market research to validate that high-quality imagery and detailed copy directly impact engagement and conversion, justifying dedicated resource investment and a photography budget.
  • Enhanced Product Detail Page (PDP) imagery and descriptions to evoke an emotional connection with the holiday season, improving visual storytelling across the holiday meals assortment.
  • Implemented a photo gallery on the Product Detail Page (PDP) to improve the user experience and increase conversion.
  • Delivered a photography style guide to Marketing ensuring visual consistency and appeal, and secured leadership approval and resources for Holiday 2023 enhancements.
