Problem / Opportunity

  • Building on the success of Holiday Meals 2022, leadership approved an expanded digital transformation for Holiday 2023 spanning six verticals: Discovery, Merchandising, SEO, App, Product Detail Page (PDP), and Checkout, creating the opportunity to drive significantly greater seasonal revenue.

My Contribution

  • Served as project manager for the Holiday Meals 2023 initiative, coordinating cross-functional execution across Product Managers, UX, Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Creative while each PM retained ownership of their respective vertical.
  • Maintained the project backlog, defined milestones, and communicated progress and key decisions to senior leadership throughout the initiative.
  • Analyzed Holiday Meals 2022 performance data to identify opportunities and inform the 2023 digital transformation strategy.
  • Developed the transformation plan using customer feedback, user testing, competitive analysis, and business objectives to prioritize enhancements with measurable ROI.
  • Leveraged market research and seasonal insights to fuel innovation and optimize the overall holiday shopping experience.
