My Contribution

  • Managed the P&L and directed end-to-end product strategy from proof of concept through pilot programs and full-scale launch, ensuring all SKUs met licensor and retailer expectations.
  • Led cross-functional teams across sales, procurement, creative, packaging engineering, QA, and regulatory to ensure seamless execution across the full product lifecycle.
  • Conducted market analysis to determine optimal price points and assortments, using retailer feedback and market insights to continuously refine performance.
  • Managed all licensor approvals, including concept, artwork, and go-to-market sign-off, ensuring brand alignment within the DAM.
  • Partnered with procurement and vendors to source hard goods and consumables aligned with Corona’s brand standards.
  • Oversaw on-site and off-site production, maintaining quality control and adherence to manufacturing specifications.
