Results

  • $1.22M in Holiday 2023 revenue driven by optimizing Holiday Meals Product Detail Page (PDP) content through a Multi-Arm Bandit (MAB) test, improving user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Increased seasonal traffic to the Holiday Meals page by introducing a Holiday badge across Product Detail Pages (PDPs), boosting visibility for seasonal promotions.
  • Higher average order value (AOV) and conversion rates achieved by enhancing cross-sell and upsell performance within the PDP layout.

Problem / Opportunity

  • The Holiday Meals Product Detail Page (PDP) lacked optimized content, cross-sell features, and seasonal visibility, limiting customer engagement and leaving revenue on the table during the highest-traffic period of the year.

My Contribution

  • Led a Multi-Arm Bandit (MAB) test in collaboration with UX, Engineering, and Analytics, evaluating three Product Detail Page (PDP) content variations including updated copy, a Holiday Meals banner, and a Frequently Bought Together section to identify the highest-performing layout.
  • Partnered with UX to design and implement a cross-sell and upsell feature, integrating data-driven product recommendations within the PDP to align with customer purchasing behavior and increase basket size.
  • Implemented a Holiday badge across Product Detail Pages (PDPs), directing customers to a dedicated Holiday Meals page and increasing seasonal promotion visibility.
From physical product development to digital e-commerce, I bridge both worlds.
