  • Developed a data-driven approach to Product Detail Page (PDP) enhancements using customer insights sourced from the customer success team.

  • Introduced ingredient imagery to platter modifiers, directly addressing customer confusion on items such as the Italian Sub Platter and Ultimate Sub Platter.
  • Partnered with Marketing, Creative, and Engineering teams to optimize the Product Detail Page (PDP) experience end to end.
  • Conducted competitive analysis and delivered a photo style guide to Marketing, ensuring high-quality, cohesive imagery aligned with best-in-class visual merchandising standards.
