  • Led cross-functional teams throughout the full Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, aligning Sales, Purchasing, Creative, Packaging Engineering, QA, Regulatory, and Production.
  • Conceptualized, designed, and managed innovative product assortments for Godiva, Starbucks, Jack Link’s, Corona, and Ghirardelli, ensuring market differentiation and retailer alignment.
  • Managed the P&L, prioritizing margin optimization through strategic food fill selection, reusable component sourcing, and cost-effective packaging solutions without compromising quality or visual appeal.
  • Drove art direction and partnered with package engineers to develop unique box die line shapes, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency.
  • Integrated customer and retailer feedback into product requirements, executed pre and post-launch activities, and approved print production files to ensure brand consistency through manufacturing.
